The 2000 Pirelli press campaign portrayed four tyres merging into a "fist" with a ring finger wearing different rings showing the logo of an automotive brand. "The power is in safe hands" announced the text.

TV campaign: The Grip

A fishing boat, three fishermen and the sea... a tale from the set of Pirelli's 2000 television tyre commercial - called "The Grip". A film of adventure and tremendous emotional tension, a Hollywood action movie of just 30 seconds "dedicated" to power and control.

Like Pirelli's previous TV spot, this idea also came from Armando Testa agency.
